Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the store stay open?
We have found that 2 weeks is the sweet spot for a store to remain open. This hits 2 Friday paychecks and gives people ample time to place their orders.
Is there a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order. We believe every order counts and would never want to punish an organization or add extra stress by having a minimum.
How do families receive items?
There are 2 ways families can receive their items. They can choose to pay shipping (usually between $5 and $8) or you can have a point of contact within the organization for orders to be picked up. If you choose to go that route, the orders will still be packaged individually. No sorting for you!
Can we use this as a fundraiser?
Absolutely! If you would like to use your team store as a fundraiser you can add $3-$5 per item which will go directly back to your team in the form of a check.
How long does production take?
We ask that you allow 10-14 business days after the store has closed for production. We aim to fulfill orders much quicker than that but must allow for shipping of blank goods.
